Terms and Conditions
Net 30 Days from date of invoice for an authorized account with approved credit, otherwise orders will be paid by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or on a prepaid basis. A service charge at a rate of 18% per annum will be charged on past due accounts. All past due accounts placed with a collection agency will have collection charges added.
All shipments are F.O.B. Factory, Gurnee, Illinois 60031. Small orders are shipped UPS, unless otherwise specified. Large inventory orders will usually ship using a freight carrier. RealWheels will always determine & recommend the most cost effective way to ship your orders. If you have a preferred carrier, please advise when ordering.
There will be a charge of $10 for each skid processed.
A processing fee will be added to all orders less than $25. All shipments are standard carton/packs. An additional $5 charge will apply to split cases and/or altered cartons.
Errors in shipments and/or shortages must be addressed within seven (7) days of receipt of goods. Claims for damaged or lost in transit must be made directly to freight carrier.
Prices and terms herein stated supersede all previous prices and terms. Prices may be subject to change.
Product design and specifications are subject to alteration or change in accordance with our policy of continual improvement.
RealWheels has a 30 day return policy. RealWheels products may be returned to the factory within 30 days of purchase for a refund, providing the products are undamaged, complete, and in original factory condition. RealWheels is not responsible for improperly packaged returns. We recommend using the original box and adding additional packing material to insure the product is returned without shipping damage. Disassembled, damaged, and/or custom-made products cannot be returned. All returns must have an RGA Number (Return Goods Authorization) assigned by RealWheels, and a copy of the original product purchase invoice. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid by customer. Any merchandise shipped back to our factory C.O.D. or without the required RGA will be refused. In the event that the original product order was drop-shipped directly from our facility to the customer, the return will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. After 30 days, if a product is still deemed returnable it may be subject to a 25% restocking charge, and only if the above criteria are followed. Discontinued items (products no longer in our current catalog) may not be returned for credit. Deductions or credits may not be taken in advance of returned merchandise. Please allow time for processing your return. Our customer service agent and/or sales representative may not authorize the return of merchandise beyond the above listed terms. RealWheels is not responsible for damage to any vehicle or labor cost incurred as a result of failure of warranted items.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
RealWheels Corporation proudly warrants its billet aluminum and stainless steel products to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. Powder-coated, RealGloss, and chrome plated products, have a twelve month warranty on the finished surface. Mounting brackets, air valve extensions, air pressure monitoring systems, air horns, also have a twelve month warranty. Any defects resulting from faulty material or workmanship will be warranted by RealWheels Corporation and repaired or replaced at our discretion. Pitting is NOT a manufacturer defect, and will not be covered by warranty. This warranty does not include electrical components or light bulb replacement. Non-Manufactured Wheel Simulators, Covers and Accessories: RealWheels Corporation offers some items and accessories that are not of our manufacture. Such items are, nevertheless warranted by our company to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase by original owner. RealWheels does not assume any financial responsibility for the actual costs incurred for, the removal and replacement labor, freight costs—if any, nor for any incidental expenses or consequential damages that may be incurred. The expressed limit of RealWheels liability is for the product replacement. Damages caused by freight carriers, improper installation, misuse, collision, or neglect will not be warranted. RealWheels requires the original receipt for any warranty claims. We pledge that if at anytime you encounter a problem with our products, we will strive to correct the problem in the most timely and efficient way possible, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations contained herein.
